I am writing this email to inform all of you about the delay with the New Surplus Electronic Workflow System Project.  The development of the program has been completed, however the team needs more time to complete the testing and end user training phase of this project.  Our new Go Live date is set for November 04, 2014.  In the meantime, you can still submit your surplus requests using a manual submission request process.  Please continue to complete a Property Transfer Form, print as usual, include signatures, scan the document and submit via email to the office of VP of College Services - sac-inventory@alamo.edu.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to improve our electronic Surplus Assets workflow system.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact sac-helpdesk@alamo.edu or contact our College Helpdesk at (210) 486-0777.

We will be performing  vendor required maintenance on our Banner System this Saturday, October 25, 2014. The maintenance will require a system outage starting at 8:00 p.m. and will be completed by Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 11:00 p.m. The following systems will be unavailable during this upgrade.

Moody Learning Center building is currently experiencing a network outage that is affecting both internet and VOIP services. We are currently looking into this problem. District is engage into looking into this issue as well. We hope to have services restored as soon as possible.
